Ingredients:
- 2 bottles of Summerland 2007 Zinfandel, French Camp Vineyard
- Substitute with Summerland Merlot if Zin isn’t available
- 2/3 cup Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
- 3 tablespoons blue agave nectar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup fresh plums, chopped
- 1 cup red apples, sliced and chopped
- 1 cup of Valencia oranges, sliced and chopped
- Garnish with a cinnamon sugar rim on the glass
Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher, pouring Zinfandel and rum over the fruit. Place in fridge and let chill for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight. Best served chilled, over ice and shared in the company of your favorite friends and family! Serves 8.
