We are honored and proud to announce that we have been awarded FOUR medals from the 2016 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition! We have received two GOLD and two BRONZE medals this year.
A little about the competition…
Founded in 1983, The San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition is the largest wine competition of American wines in the world. The proceeds of the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition support the non-profit Cloverdale Citrus Fair and help support wine and food education at educational institutions and non-profit organizations. This year, the competition received over 7,100 entries, shattering all previous records. With so many entries this year, Summerland is excited to have been selected as medal winners for four of our wines.
